Core Purpose of The Job:  
Preforming fixed assets data entry using Oracle Fixed assets Module, Performing and Controlling Assets Filling, FA Reporting, Follow up with Concerned parties.

Task Complexity:

*Posting & checking all Fixed assets data entries before the 4th of each month.

 *Prepare Fixed assets data entries before posting (AP, Inv.) Excel & Oracle.

*Prepare inventory Capex (asset account, location, on air date if any).

*Prepare monthly reports.

*Filing Assets Invoices Copies and Inventory Move Orders and any other Documents.

*Preparing any additional request sent by the Fixed Asset Supervisor During the Month.

*Follow up with external & internal auditors and provide them with requested Pos & shipments on time.

*Transferring knowledge to other new teams members.

*Training steps of assets Data entry –highlighting the Errors and testing the Performance of Juniors.

*Reporting the junior Status to the Senior Position.
