Responsibilities : 

Posting and checking all Fixed assets data entries before the 4th of each month. 

Prepare Fixed assets data entries before posting (AP, Inv.) Excel & Oracle.

Prepare inventory Capex (asset account, location, on air date if any).Prepare monthly reports.

Preparing any additional request sent by the Fixed Asset Supervisor During the Month.

Follow up with external and internal auditors and provide them with requested Pos and shipments on time.

Transferring knowledge to other new teams members.

Training steps of assets Data entry – highlighting the Errors and testing the Performance of Juniors.
