Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and receivable.
• Record journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts online.
• Prepare and organize invoices, process online payments, and track expenses.
• Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
• Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain digital filing systems and ensure accurate documentation of financial records.
• Assist with online audits and tax preparation by providing requested data.
• Collaborate with senior accountants and team members remotely via communication tools.
