Reports to: Project Manager
Employment Type: Full-time – office based

Job Purpose: The Project Accountant is the financial memory of the project, ensuring that every financial transaction is recorded accurately and on time and that the company has a clear picture of collections, expenditures, payables, and receivables.

Main Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions in the approved accounting system.
• Process contractor payments, sales receipts, salaries, operating expenses, and purchases.
• Prepare monthly payroll and coordinate salary payments.
• Track subcontractor dues and prepare payment orders after engineering approval.
• Follow up buyer installment collections and report delays.
• Prepare monthly financial reports: income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Prepare tax declarations and coordinate with tax authorities.
• Maintain organized financial archives.
