We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to support day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for payroll processing, managing payments, preparing financial reports, archiving project budgets, and coordinating with an external (international) accounting firm. This role requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to financial procedures and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial reports, schedules, and supporting documentation
• Process and manage payroll accurately and on time
• Handle payments and accounts payable, ensuring timely execution
• Organize and archive project budgets and financial records
• Record accounting entries and maintain up-to-date financial data
• Coordinate and communicate with an external/international accounting firm
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures
• Maintain strict confidentiality of financial information in line with NDA requirements
• Support internal and external audits when required
• Assist in improving accounting processes and workflow efficiency
